Our technical department takes care of the feasibility study of the entire project, starting from moulds and tooling to subsequent machining process.
All projects start with a 3D moulding simulation before the production’s cycle which allows us to minimise any type of defect.
The constantly renewed, last generation fleet consists of numerous presses with power ranging from 200 to 600 tons that allow the production of solid and perforated parts weighing between 20 g and 6 kg.
High productivity, precision, speed and efficiency are just some of the advantages achieved thanks to the high degree of automation of the hot forging processes.
Furthermore, all moulds and machine tools are designed and manufactured in-house by our mechanical department.
Our machining department ensures a quality result thanks to a fleet of latest generation, highly advanced machines including:
Flexible transfers which allow us to create articles with highly complex geometries machining them in a single process.
Multicenter machines that allow higher productivity than a machining center but at the same time provide greater flexibility than a transfer handling in the best way possible medium-small batches.
All of these machines are served by robots and automatic loaders.
Sandblasting process is performed in-house, but through external partners we can offer additional different heat and surface treatments according to requirements and fields of use.
